RayDB offers usage-based pricing for additional features beyond standard plan limits. This ensures flexibility for growing applications while maintaining cost control.

Additional Usage Charges

1. Extra Storage

• Each plan includes a fixed storage limit.
• Additional storage beyond the plan’s allocation is billed per GB.

2. Data Transfer

• Outbound data transfer beyond the free allowance incurs additional charges.

3. Backup Retention

• Extended backup retention beyond the default period is available at an extra cost.

4. Premium Support Add-On

• Available for non-business plans as an optional paid service.
• Guarantees response times for production instances while providing best-effort support for non-production instances.

Billing & Tracking Usage

• Usage-based charges are calculated monthly and reflected in the Billing & Subscriptions section of the dashboard.
• Alerts can be enabled to notify users when exceeding free-tier limits.
